Stabilization and Association Parliamentary Committee

According to the Article 12 of the SAA, Political dialogue at parliamentary level shall take place within the Framework of the Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee.

The body is composed of the members of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH and the European Parliament and it is entitled to ensure proper implementation of the SAA at parliamentary level. 

It is established by the Article 121 of the SAA:

“The SAA Parliamentary Committee shall be a forum for Members of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina and of the European Parliament to meet and exchange of views. It shall meet at intervals that it shall itself determine.
The SAA Parliamentary Committee shall consist of Members of the European Parliament and the Members of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH. 
The SAA Parliamentary Committee shall establish its rules of procedure.
The SAA Parliamentary committee shall be chaired in turn by a member of the European parliament and by member of Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, in accordance with the provisions laid down in its rules of procedure.”
